I am currently a MSgt with the 129Th Rescue Wing out of Moffett Federal Airfield and will have been in the military for 20 years this Nov 2009. I have a NON VA conventional 30 year jumbo home loan with a 6.5% interest rate. Unfortunately, like millions of folks...I am upsidedown and therefore unable to refinance. Would I be able to refi into a VA loan with a lower interest rate? If not what other options wuld you recommend? Thanks! -Ruben Hello,
